• A team of consultants who will accompany you from the setting up of your project to the end of your stay in the incubator: inventory of available aid, support in the search for financing, help in drawing up a business plan, training

Advantageous, progressive rates adapted to the start of a new activity:

• Equipped office (from 15 to 25 m²) : 8.00 € /m² / month
• Workshop : 3.00 € /m² / month
• Non-equipped office (unfurnished of variable size, 15 to 33 m²) : 10.75 € /m² / month

Charges (maintenance of common areas, consumption of water, gas, electricity in offices and common areas, maintenance of the elevator, heating system and emergency means, security improvements – alarm, automatic gate, fire extinguishers) :

• Offices : 3.40 € / m² / month
• Workshop : 2.60 € /m² / month
