Saint-Quirin is a small commune of 700 inhabitants nestled at the foot of the Donon range in the Vosges mountains, located in the far south of the Moselle department, in the Sarrebourg region, just a short distance from Alsace.

This family-run establishment, a long-standing institution, opened its doors more than 30 years ago in a former 18th-century convent. Boasting some 370 kilometres of hiking trails, the Sarrebourg region is an ideal destination for breaks in the great outdoors. Saint-Quirin has been awarded the “Station Verte” (Green resort) and “Plus beaux villages de France” (the most beautiful villages of France) labels, and is a popular destination for pilgrims and tourists. The village of Saint-Quirin, surrounded by lush green hills, is an essential stop-off point on the GR5 hiking trail, inviting you to relax and recharge your batteries.
